​How Do I Place An Order?​

Simply add items to your cart and pay via PayPal or credit card. Orders process within 24 hours.

For custom orders, fill in the required information and attach your file. Your information and instructions will arrive with the file.

For larger custom orders see our wholesale printing site www.ths.ca.



Payment & Shipping

Once your order is recieved we will email you a Paypal invoice with your total (including any shipping if applicable). Pay the invoice and the order will process within 24 hours. It will then either be dropped to your hotel or location in Whistler or ship out via Canada Post.

Faster shipping methods are available. Please specify your prefer UPS or FedEx in your order form and we will quote price depending on weight. A tracking nmber will be provided if yoiu choose to use UPS or FedEx.



Secure Ordering & Payment Options

Our ordering system is encrypted for your protection. We do not store any personal or credit card information. We generally prefer Paypal for payment but credit card is also available. For stock artwork, totals are automatically generated via the shopping cart. For custom orders we will generate a Paypal invoice (including shipping etc) and send to you. Once paid your order will process and ship.



Returns & Refunds

In the unlikely event there is a problem with your order such as wrong items or damge during shipping please contact us as soon as possible.

We will make every effort to quickly resolve the issue and will update you within 24 hours.
